At FAC we want to follow the Apostolic example of the early church.
Acts 2:42-47 states....
They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
This model speaks volumes to the importance of weekly contact with other followers of Christ in prayer, fellowship, breaking of bread, and teaching.
We feel that in order to allow God to minister and meet the needs of all that call FAC their home and to have a sense of belonging in a larger church it is important to develop lasting, real relationships. This form of Biblical community is God’s plan for man and we hope that you will experience true love, caring, and compassion with us. We offer several small groups at our church. Listed below are 3 examples of groups that meet on a weekly or monthly basis:
