Faith Apostolic Church has been a place of refuge during the darkest storm I have ever faced in my life.  I felt God's mighty presence during the services bringing me strength and peace.   The people welcomed and befriended me with open arms and no trace of judgement.   Finding FAC was like finding my way home.

When Pastor Ball asked me to write a testimony about Sunday night I was somewhat nervous. It's actually quite difficult to even find the words to describe it. What seemingly started out as a "normal" service turned into to a night I won't soon forget. Pastor Ball asked us to come up front to pray at the beginning of service which is something we do routinely. What followed was all but routine. As we began to praise and worship the Lord, something amazing happened. I felt as though I was actually standing face to face with Jesus. I could feel His hand touching mine. He was there before me in all His glory! All I wanted to do was worship Him! I was in awe of the Lord. Nothing else mattered but Him. Every part of my heart and soul was worshipping Him, not for what He's brought me through or what He's done for me, but for WHO He is. Since that night, I've had a continual song in my heart and praise on my lips. A renewed passion has come upon me to tell others about who Jesus is! Will you join me?

I have gone 2 days without pain!!! God has healed my arm.  I have went 3 months with great pain all day and night. I went home Sunday morning after church and didn't notice until I was on my way back to church that I had NO PAIN! I am so thankful to have such an awesome Pastor and Pastor's wife. You can see the love of God in everything you both do. Thank the Lord!!!!

On Sunday, August 2nd, Pastor Ball's message had a tremendous impact on me.  I have been dealing wtih several things and the Holy Ghost led Pastor Ball to preach on these subjects.  First, we have to continue to to have faith in what God has promised us.  He used the story about a wife who consistently prayed for her husband's salvation and years after she had passed away, her husband was baptized in Jesus name and received the Holy Ghost.  Second, he talked about soaring like an eagle.  I remember hearing a message one time about how God is like an eagle and when we feel like we're about to hit bottom, God uses his wings and claws to lift us up.  Just a timely message.

What an amazing service we had this past Sunday night! There are no words to describe what happened or how it felt. All I can do is say "WOW" and "Thank You Jesus." It was so refreshing to shut out the rest of the world and be captivated by God's love and presence. I agree with pastor when he said that the worship team was ministered to greatly and that we needed that! Many times we get so caught up in making sure we have a good worship service and that others are ministered to that it becomes a weight. Then we grow accustomed to that weight and do not even realize it is there. Thank God that He allows us to cast all our cares upon Him in return for rest.
